What you're buying
The Designer Business Kit is a software product delivered as a download. Paying the one-time price shown at checkout gives you a personal licence to use it for yourself and your own business — freelance or studio, commercial use included — on any of your own devices, for as long as you like. There is no subscription, no renewal and no account.
Updates
Updates are included. When you open the app from your download page's link, improvements reach you automatically on the next launch. A saved standalone copy stays as it was on the day you saved it — that's what makes it a dependable archive.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or publicly share the app or the templates it contains.
- Pass copies to people who haven't bought it. One purchase, one owner.
- Present the product or templates as your own work for resale.
The templates the app generates for your clients — contracts, proposals, invoices, portfolios — are yours to use with your clients without restriction. That's what they're for.
Delivery
Immediately after checkout you're taken to your download page, and the same link is emailed to you. The link doesn't expire. If anything goes wrong with delivery, email contact@bloom-visual.com and it will be sorted.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The price and currency shown at checkout at the time of purchase are the price you pay — there are no further charges of any kind.
Refunds
If the kit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. We only ask that you tell us what didn't fit — it helps us make the product better.
Your data is in your hands
Everything you enter into the app is stored on your own device and nowhere else — see the privacy policy. That privacy has a flip side: we cannot recover data you lose. The app includes an export/backup feature; using it regularly is your responsibility, and we warmly recommend it.
No warranty, sensible limits
The app is provided as-is. We've built and tested it with care, but we can't promise it is free of every defect or fits every purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
