Who we are
The Designer Business Kit is made and sold by BloomVisual (Alexandre Baltas), based in La Tour-sur-Orb 34260, France. You can reach us any time at contact@bloom-visual.com.
What the app itself collects: nothing
The app runs entirely in your browser, on your device. Your projects, clients, invoices, calculator figures and attachments are stored in your browser's local storage on your own computer. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no tracking inside the app. If you use the app's backup feature, the backup file is created on your device and stays wherever you save it.
Because we hold no copy of your data, we could not access, recover or delete it for you even if asked — it exists only where you keep it.
What we do process, and why
- Payment. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address and payment details under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We never see or store your full card details.
- Delivery email. Delivery emails are sent by Resend, which processes your email address in order to send you your download link, under its own privacy policy (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy). Your address is not added to any mailing list.
- Support. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you. That's its only use.
- Hosting. The website and app are served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the pages and protect against abuse, under its own privacy policy.
- Fonts. Our web pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. The app itself does not — its fonts are built into the file.
- Affiliate referrals. If you arrive through an affiliate's link, our affiliate platform sets a cookie so the affiliate is credited for the sale. It tracks the referral, not your browsing.
What we don't do
- No advertising or ad trackers, anywhere.
- No selling, renting or sharing of your details.
- No newsletter unless you explicitly ask to join one.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Given how little we hold — essentially your purchase email and any support correspondence — this is usually a quick job. Email contact@bloom-visual.com and we'll sort it. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version always lives at this address.
